Our quality team subjects the materials to strict controls. For particularly delicate garments, the quality is also subjected to a defined wear test.

REPAIR SERVICE

To give our customers the option of not having to part with a high-quality favourite item if it gets holes, they can send it for a wellness recovery. Not only are holes repaired, the garment is brought back into shape if necessary, cashmere or woollen items are freed from small pills.
