Upon arrival at the Cashmere Spa, photographs will be taken of the garment(s) and the work to be done. Following that, an assessment of the repairability and the possibilities for revitalisation and rejuvenation is undertaken and the results are then communicated to you.

COOLING/ SANITISATION
The pieces are then placed in a freezer. Since only natural products are used, this is a precautionary measure against parasites/moths/microbial life – which likes to feed on and live in animal hair. The highest hygiene standards are maintained for your safety, but also to protect the factory and the team from infections.

Due to wear and tear and the use of a product, it can become deformed or change in size – so a medium-sized garment can become a large or even an oversized size. If this is case, the garments are steamed and fitted on a mannequin to restore them to their original shape.
