Basics of revocation

A withdrawal gives you the option to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods. Once you have declared the withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the items or make the payment. Please note that a withdrawal is not the same as a cancellation, as it only extends the payment deadline or return period.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending an informal written notice of cancellation by email to service@marc-cain.com or by calling us at +49 (0) 7471.709-4242 within 14 days of receiving the items. In this case, you have an additional 14 days from the date of withdrawal to return your order.

You can declare your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods.
