Return process and refund

All items purchased from the Marc Cain online shop, including discounted items, can be returned free of charge within 14 days of receiving the order.

The items must be in unused original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

Please note that returns are free of charge only once per order.

We are pleased to inform you that you now have the option to create your return label for orders to Switzerland, United Kingdom, Belgium, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Croatia, Romania, Norway, and Luxembourg yourself.

You can create the return label using the following link: Return Label

Please use your Order ID and Email Address to create your return label. You will find your Order ID in your emails or on your invoice. An example ID might look like this: GE123456789NL.

Please ensure there are no extra spaces when entering the ID, as this could prevent the label from being created.

It is important to use our free return label, as this also covers customs processing for international shipments. Please note that if the return label is not used, any costs incurred will not be reimbursed. Additionally, the insurance for lost parcels does not apply if the return label we provide is not used.

Also, please note that if you receive an order in multiple separate packages, all items must be returned together in one package. Only one return label per order will be issued.

The refund will be processed once your return has been received and processed by us. You will then receive both a return receipt confirmation and a credit confirmation via email.

If you return your entire order, we will refund the shipping costs for the initial delivery. However, if you keep one or more items from the order, the shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our return period is 14 days from receipt of the goods.

In principle, an extension of the 14-day return period from receipt of the goods is not provided. However, you have the option to extend the return period by an additional 14 days through a timely withdrawal. In this case, the goods must be returned within the extended period.

To create the label, you will need your Order ID and Email Address. You can find your Order ID in the confirmation email or on your invoice.
Please ensure that no extra spaces are added when entering the Order ID, as this may prevent the label from being generated.
