Using Tracking: On your DHL return label or drop-off receipt, you will find the tracking number. With this number, you can track the current status of your return online and see if it has already reached us.
Checking in Your Customer Account: Log into your customer account and check the status of your return. There you will see if the return has been received, processed, and if a credit has been issued.
