#MysteriousWomen
As part of our #MysteriousWomen series, together with Vogue.de, we were looking for an outstanding woman who is a pioneer in her field. We found her in Dr Suzanna Randall.
"I have this urge to explore. I want to go to Mars or the moon." Suzanna Randall
Dr Suzanna Randall, the astrophysicist born in Cologne in 1979, could become the first German astronaut in space and thereby make history.
At the age of nine, she began to take an interest in astronomy, space travel and the universe. This passion became her profession: She works as a researcher at the ESO (European Southern Observatory) in Garching, near Munich.
