Return information

To check the status of your return, you have the following options:

Email notification: Once your return has been received and processed, you will receive a confirmation via email. In this message, we will inform you about the receipt of the return and the credit issued.
Using tracking: You can find the tracking number on your DHL return label or the receipt. With this number, you can check the current status of your return online at any time and see whether we have already received your return.
Checking your customer account: Log into your customer account and check the status of your return. There, you will see whether the return has already been received and processed, and whether a refund has been issued.
Contact customer service: If you have further questions, our customer service team is happy to assist. You can contact us by phone or email. Please have your order number or customer number ready.

You have two options for returning your package:

DHL: You can conveniently drop off your package at a DHL branch. Use the return label provided. For customers in Germany and Austria, there is also the option to drop off the package at a DHL Packstation.
Marc Cain Stores: Alternatively, customers in Germany can drop off their return at one of our Marc Cain stores. Please note that this is only possible at our own stores and not at partner or franchise stores.
