To place an order in our Marc Cain online shop, please follow these steps:
Select product: Browse through our collection and choose the desired items and sizes. Click on "Add to Cart".
Review cart: Once all the desired items are selected, click on the cart icon at the top right and select "View Cart" to review your order. If you have a discount code, you can apply it here. The discount will be applied directly to the items in the cart.
Proceed to checkout: Click on "Checkout" to begin the ordering process.
Log in or create an account: Log in with your existing account or create a new customer account. Alternatively, you can order as a guest.
Enter delivery address: Enter your delivery address or select a saved address.
Select payment method: Choose your preferred payment method and enter the required payment information.
Review and confirm order: Review your order, accept the terms and conditions, and click on "Place Order" to complete the purchase.
You will receive an order confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed.
Once an order has been placed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make cancellations or changes to the address or items. This is because the automated process in our central logistics has already begun.
However, you have the option to refuse acceptance of the shipment via the DHL tracking link. You will receive this link along with the shipping confirmation. Alternatively, you can refuse delivery of the package when it is handed to you at the door. The package will then automatically be returned to us, and we will process the return accordingly.
If these options are not possible, you can also return the shipment to us free of charge by using the return label enclosed in the package. We will process the return once it is received.
Due to increased order volumes or occasional errors during order processing, temporary stock shortages may occur in our inventory management system, which could result in the cancellation of an item from your order.
Please note that updating product availability in our online shop may take a few hours. As a result, an item may still be displayed as available even though it has already been canceled from your order.
You can easily view your previous orders in your customer account. Simply click on the small person icon at the top right of the page and log in to your account. Under the "Orders" section, you will find an overview of all your past orders.
After successfully completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email, listing the items you have ordered. Once your order leaves our logistics center, we will send you a DHL tracking link, allowing you to track the shipping status of your order.
For your first order, the delivery address and the billing address must be identical. Please also note that both the delivery and billing addresses must be in the same country.
