Registration and login

To create a customer account in the Marc Cain online shop, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the person icon at the top right of the website and select the option "Create Account." Alternatively, you can use the following link: Register
2. Enter your valid email address and choose a secure password.
3. Finally, click "Register."

Your customer account will then be successfully created, and you can log in to your account at any time.

If you are shown that a customer account already exists with your e-mail address, you can easily regain access to your existing account using the ‘Forgot password’ function.

To reset your password, click on the ‘Forgot password’ button during the login process or use the following link: Forgotten password

You will then receive an e-mail with instructions on how to reset your password.

You can easily view your customer number in your customer account. To do this, log in to our website and click on the symbol in the shape of a person at the top right of the page. Your customer number is displayed under the menu item ‘Your account’.
