Currently, Marc Cain does not offer tailoring services and does not cover the cost of alterations. However, if there is a quality defect in one of your items, you can file a complaint with us within the two-year warranty period.

In the event of loss or damage to buttons, we will make every effort to provide you with replacement parts. Please contact our customer service and provide the corresponding item number. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer fabric sales or supply additional fabric.
