Additional Services and Information

We are pleased to offer you a new repair service in collaboration with Cashmere Spa. Cashmere Spa specializes in repairing high-quality materials and, among other things, handles the repair of your favorite items that are no longer covered by the warranty, as well as items that we are unable to repair ourselves. A fee is charged for this service, which is to be paid by the customer. For further information, please click here.

Marc Cain currently does not offer a tailoring service and does not cover the cost of alterations. However, if one of your items has a quality defect, you can file a claim with us within the two-year warranty period.

If any buttons are lost or damaged, we will do our best to provide you with replacement parts. Please contact our customer service and provide the relevant item number. Unfortunately, we cannot sell fabric or provide additional fabric shipments.
