Additional services and information

We are pleased to offer you a new repair service in collaboration with Cashmere Spa. Cashmere Spa specializes in the repair of high-quality materials and handles, among other things, the repair of your favorite pieces that are already outside the warranty period, as well as items that we cannot repair ourselves. A fee is charged for the service, which must be covered by the customer. For more information, click here.

Currently, Marc Cain does not offer tailoring services and does not cover the cost of alterations. However, if there is a quality defect in one of your items, you can file a complaint with us within the two-year warranty period.

In the event of loss or damage to buttons, we will make every effort to provide you with replacement parts. Please contact our customer service and provide the corresponding item number. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer fabric sales or supply additional fabric.
