“Villa Emo Capodilista is a magical place – full of history, elegance and Italian lightness. This is exactly the feeling we wanted to capture with ‘Palazzo Dreaming’. The collection celebrates summer with relaxed femininity and sensual silhouettes,” , says Marinela Oglan, Creative Director of Marc Cain.
Airy dresses, flowing blouses and relaxed shorts looks meet feminine silhouettes, accentuated waists and surprisingly casual tailoring moments.
Artisanal finesse is revealed in the details: transparencies and exquisite summer knitwear with openwork structures bring sensuality and sophistication into play. Silk, linen and cotton emphasise the palpable sense of lightness. Added to this is a colour palette full of energy: raspberry red and fuchsia, vibrant royal blue, bold green and orange, perfectly balanced by black and white. Floral designs, graphic blooms and animal prints ranging from leopard and giraffe to cheetah provide expressive accents. Stripes and sophisticated statement hats complete the look.
