Redemption of vouchers

Please note that discount codes are not automatically applied during the ordering process. They must be manually entered and redeemed in the shopping cart under the "Discount Code" section. After entering the code, the discount will be directly deducted from the cart total.

If your discount code does not work, please follow these steps:

• Check that the code has been entered correctly, paying particular attention to case sensitivity.
• Make sure there are no spaces before or after the code.
• If the code still does not work, please contact our customer service.

Please note that each discount code can only be used once, and multiple discount codes cannot be applied to a single order.

Please note that discount codes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been completed. However, you are welcome to use your discount code on your next order, as it will remain valid.

To receive the discount code for our newsletter, you are required to confirm your subscription. After signing up, you will receive an email from us with a confirmation link. Once you click on this link and confirm your subscription, you will receive another email with the discount code.
