Status of the order and delivery

Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email. This includes a DHL tracking link. Through this link, you will be able to track the current status of your order.

It may happen that your order is shipped in multiple separate packages, as we source our items from different warehouses.
The shipping costs will, of course, only be charged once and will only be listed on one of the invoices. Once each package is shipped, you will receive an automated email with the shipping confirmation and a DHL tracking link.

Unfortunately, it is no longer possible to change the delivery address afterward, as the automated process in our central logistics has already begun. However, you have the option to specify an alternative delivery location through the DHL tracking link you will receive in the shipping confirmation email.

If the package cannot be delivered and no alternative drop-off location has been specified, it will be stored at a nearby post office for up to 7 days. During this time, you will receive a notification in your mailbox. After the storage period expires, the package will be automatically returned to us.

If you would like the package to be redelivered, please contact us. We will be happy to discuss the options for reshipping or processing the order as a return, depending on your preference.
