Shipping service providers and shipping times

Currently, shipping is carried out exclusively via DHL.

The delivery time consists of two phases:

1. Processing time: After you place your order, we usually need 2 to 3 business days to process your order internally. This includes assembling, packaging, and preparing the shipment for dispatch.
2. Shipping time: Once the processing time is complete, the shipment will be dispatched. The delivery time varies depending on the destination country:
   • Within Germany: Shipping typically takes 1 to 3 business days.
   • International: Shipping usually takes 5 to 10 business days, depending on the destination country.
