Basics of revocation

A withdrawal gives you the option to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days after receiving the goods. Once you have declared the withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the items or make the payment. Please note that a withdrawal is not the same as a cancellation, as it only extends the payment deadline or return period.

You can exercise your right of withdrawal by sending an informal written notice of withdrawal via email to service@marc-cain.com within 14 days of receiving the items. In this case, you will have an additional 14 days from the date of the written withdrawal to return your order.

You can declare your withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods. Please note that the withdrawal must be made in writing; withdrawal declarations by phone are not valid.
