The fashion brand Marc Cain has created something very special for World Children's Day in September 2020. The company will be premiering the typical Marc Cain Leo in a lovingly designed partner look for mother and child. Part of the proceeds will go to the development and humanitarian organisation Plan International Germany. A premier! For the first time, the Marc Cain design team led by Katja Foos, Director Design, has designed an exclusive children's t-shirt. The t-shirt is to be offered together with the matching Mummy t-shirt as a limited "Mini Me Charity Edition". Both shirts will be available separately in selected Stores, outlets and online from 17 September.

Marc Cain would like to celebrate the unique relationship between mother and child with this special partner-look. The focus is on the well-known Marc Cain leopard, which has been deeply rooted in Marc Cain's DNA from the very beginning. Witty and charming interpretations of the motifs emulate carefree lightness and a pure joy of life. Both t-shirts have been printed in Marc Cain’s print factory at the headquarters and are therefore "painted & printed in Germany".
"Children are very close to our hearts. Personally, it’s incredibly inspiring to see the world through the eyes of children. I think it’s wonderful that we can integrate this view creatively with our first ‘Mini Me Charity Edition’ and the painted children's Leo. It is also an homage to the special bond that exists between mother and child. The fact that we can support the valuable work of Plan International Germany is wonderful”, stated Marc Cain Director Design, Katja Foos. Plan International is one of the largest worldwide aid organisations working in over 70 countries for children's rights and gender equality. The overriding goal of all their projects and activities is a world in which all children can develop freely in a society that protects children's rights and treats children with dignity and respect, regardless of origin, religion and political circumstances.
