FLEXI-TIME WORKING MODELS AND MOBILE OFFICE

For more freedom and flexibility, we offer our employees flexi-time. Our "relaxed start" on Monday mornings is until 10 a.m. allowing an easy start to the week. Our "early weekend" rings in the weekend on Friday lunchtime from 2 p.m. If the job and the work environment allow it, you can also work flexibly from the mobile office.

Marc Cain Academy

In order to promote the professional development and personal growth of our employees, we have set up our internal Marc Cain Academy. The Academy offers a wide range of individual training opportunities for the entire workforce. Here you have the opportunity to choose between different seminar topics for your professional or personal development. From workshops for trainees, to rhetoric and health to leadership training, change management and much more.

FITNESS COURSES AT THE MARC CAIN HEADQUARTERS

In order to create a productive and happy work environment for our employees, we offer various fitness courses in-house. Here you can work out to your heart's content with your colleagues after work. We also offer subsidies for fitness studios.

FREE PARKING AND E-FILLING STATION

If you come to work by car, we offer you two large, free parking spaces. In addition, there is a first e-filling station at our Marc Cain Outlet, which can be used by our customers and staff.

RETHINK TOGETHER - RETHINKING TOGETHER FOR MORE SUSTAINABILITY

Rethink together - this is the label for our sustainable products. With this we endeavour to live and advance sustainability together at Marc Cain. Our "Rethink Together" pieces are particularly environmentally friendly in addition to our cross-product sustainability activities along the supply chain, i.e. from materials to equipment. Specifically, this means that our "Rethink Together" products are made of at least 50% sustainable main material and go through an environmentally friendly and resource-saving production process.

COMPANY PARTIES AND AFTER-WORK EVENTS

To strengthen the "us" feeling and the collegial cohesion outside the office, we organise a summer and Christmas party every year. It is especially important to our owner Helmut Schlotterer to give something back to society. Therefore, for example, a raffle is organised at the Christmas party, the proceeds of which are donated. In addition, once a year Marc Cain subsidises special after-work events that are organised within a department to support the team spirit outside of daily work.
